A: We have been established over 30 years since 1985.
Q: What are you producing?
A: We produce sofa, chair, recliner, bean bags, mattress, bed frame and pillow.
Q: What is the warranty for your sofa & mattress?
A: Sofa: We offer 2 years warranty for the sofa inside structure, 1-year warranty for the AN and AT leather.
Mattress: We offer 5 years warranty for spring for non-compressed mattress, 2 years warranty for spring for compressed mattress.
Q: Do you produce mattress also?
A: Yes, Even mattress and sofa are different production line, both of them produce by our own.
To provide One-stop Purchase for VIP buyer, we have two production line in our factory.
Q: What is the packing of your sofa?
A: First, polyester wrapping around the sofa, then Foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection.
Second, carton paper wrapping around the sofa including bottom, with corner protector.
Third, outer layer with non-woven cloth bag.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: 25 days once we confirm your deposit.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is a 40HQ. Different model with different color to mix full container. We also accept 1*20 GP. But need 300USD extra charge to cover our export local charge.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: TT or LC at sight.
Q: Where is your loading port?
A: Yantian, Shekou, Chiwan, Shenzhen.
